  • Oversee the preparation of utilization and ferry service reports.
  • Manage fuel consumption records and monitor petty cash usage.• Issue invoices and maintain accurate contract documentation.
  • Coordinate vehicle registration processes, insurance renewals, and maintenance schedules.
  •  Supervise office administration, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Monitor vehicle availability and ensure fleet readiness for rental operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including booking, sales, finance, HR, and fleet management, to drive seamless operations.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to junior staff members.
  • Support customer service teams by assisting with customer inquiries and needs as required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, tourism, management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in car rental or related service industries.

  • A customer-focused mind
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and experience with fleet management or CRM software.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and a strong team player who can handle changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements for fleet management
