We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant with strong project management capabilities to support the executive team in day-to-day operations, scheduling, and coordination of key business initiatives. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Executive Support

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar and meetings
  • Assist in planning and execution of strategic initiatives

  • Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up action points.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Draft, proofread contracts and manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Organize and maintain company records, reports, and presentations.
  • Support procurement, logistics, and office operations when needed.
  • Track project progress, budgets, and reports for management review.
  • Assist with research, data collection, and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and business trips.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Project Coordinator. 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional demeanor, integrity, and attention to detail.
