Bakery & Yogurt Shop တွင် F&B Supervisor သည် ဝန်ထမ်းအဖွဲ့ကို ဦးဆောင်ကာ Customer Service အဆင့်မြှင့်တင်ခြင်း၊ အရောင်းတိုးတက်ရေး စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း၊ ထုတ်ကုန် အရည်အသွေးထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းတို့ကို တာဝန်ယူရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ အဖွဲ့အထိမ်းအမှတ်အဖြစ် Customer Satisfaction နှင့် Sales Growth ကို အဓိကထားဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

အဓိကတာဝန်များ (Key Responsibilities)

• Customer Service
  - ဖောက်သည်များကို စိတ်ကျေနပ်အောင်ဝန်ဆောင်မှု ပေးနိုင်အောင် စောင့်ကြပ်ခြင်း
  - ဖောက်သည် တိုင်ကြားမှုများကို အချိန်မီ ဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်း
  - Regular Customer များအတွက် Loyalty & Retention Activities ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
• Sales & Promotion
  - Daily Sales Target ကို အောင်မြင်အောင် အဖွဲ့ကို ဦးဆောင်ခြင်း
  - Up-selling နှင့် Cross-selling တို့ကို လေ့ကျင့်ပေးခြင်း
  - Promotion Plan, Seasonal Menu, Discount Program စသည်များကို စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
• Team Management
  - ဝန်ထမ်းများကို တာဝန်ခွဲဝေ၊ Training ပေးခြင်း
  - Team Spirit တိုးတက်အောင် ဦးဆောင်ခြင်း
  - Daily Shift Schedule ကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံခြင်း
• Product & Quality Control
  - Bakery & Yogurt ထုတ်ကုန်များ အရည်အသွေး စံချိန်စံညွှန်းတိုက်ဆိုင်စွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
  - အချိန်မီ သန့်ရှင်းမှု စံနစ် (Hygiene Standard) ကို စောင့်ကြပ်ခြင်း
  - Expiry Date, Freshness, Display Arrangement စသည်များ စိစစ်ခြင်း
• Inventory & Cost Control
  - Raw Materials (Milk, Flour, Sugar, Toppings) များကို စိစစ်၍ လိုအပ်သလောက် မှာယူခြင်း
  - Wastage နည်းစေရန် နည်းလမ်းအသစ်များ စဉ်းစားခြင်း
  - Daily Stock Report တင်သွင်းခြင်း
• Reporting & Communication
  - နေ့စဉ်/အပတ်စဉ် အရောင်းအစီရင်ခံစာတင်သွင်းခြင်း
  - Customer Feedback စုဆောင်းပြီး Improvement Plan တင်သွင်းခြင်း
  - Shop Manager/Owner နှင့် တိကျအောင် ဆက်သွယ်ပြီး အစီအမံများ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း

In Bakery & Yogurt Shop, the F&B Supervisor will lead the team and be responsible for improving Customer Service, managing sales growth, and maintaining product quality. The team will focus on Customer Satisfaction and Sales Growth.
• Customer Service
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and service
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
- Conducting Loyalty & Retention Activities for Regular Customers
• Sales & Promotion
- Leading the team to achieve Daily Sales Target
- Training in Up-selling and Cross-selling
- Managing Promotion Plan, Seasonal Menu, Discount Program, etc.
• Team Management
- Allocating responsibilities to employees, Training
- Leading to improve Team Spirit
- Managing Daily Shift Schedule
• Product & Quality Control
- Maintaining Bakery & Yogurt products in accordance with quality standards
- Monitoring Hygiene Standard on time
- Checking Expiry Date, Freshness, Display Arrangement etc.
• Inventory & Cost Control
- Checking Raw Materials (Milk, Flour, Sugar, Toppings) and ordering as needed
- Thinking of new ways to reduce wastage
- Submitting Daily Stock Report
• Reporting & Communication
- Submitting daily/weekly sales report
- Collecting Customer Feedback and submitting Improvement Plan
- Communicating accurately with Shop Manager/Owner and implementing plans

• Must have 2 years of work experience as an F&B Supervisor.
• Educational Qualification: 10th grade graduate.
• Age: 25 to 30 years old.
