• Ensure familiarity with all Operational and Maintenance procedures related to subsea control systems.
• Assist with preparation of contracts and liaison with subsea control system provider for maintenance and inspection activities.
• Management of the spare part lists and obsolescence risk, including rigorous action closure associated to the management of change.
• Monitor subsea control system and report any anomalies to Subsea & AIM TA.
• Travel offshore on regular basis.
• Utilization of the CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management system).
• Develop own progress in Company Competency system.
• Assist to develop a team culture and comply with other activities and requests of management.
• Responsible for own safety and the protection of others.
• Ensure proper usage of Personal protective equipment (PPE), when on site (Yard or Offshore).
• Be a part of investigation team for any incident or incidents in which you were either involved or a witness.

• With a basic understanding of all necessary regulations related to Oil & Gas.
• Proven experience in engineering and delivery of subsea controls and/or automation engineering, project management or operations.
• Knowledge of subsea control systems and interface with other disciplines such as subsea tree, ICSS (DCS, SDS and FGS).
• Experience in commissioning and starting up subsea systems.
• Good AutoCAD skill and knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
• Collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Good leadership skills, along with communication and interpersonal skills.Have ability to organize own work and meet strict deadlines.
• Good communication skills of both written and spoken in English.
