A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor all operational activities including inbound (receiving), storage, order fulfillment (picking/packing), and outbound (shipping/distribution) logistics.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels through regular audits, cycle counts, and the use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Recruit, select, orient, train, and manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, appraising performance, and promoting a positive team environment.
  • Establish and enforce health, safety, and security procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., ISO standards).
  • Monitor performance metrics (KPIs), analyze data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, productivity, and lower costs.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the warehouse facility and equipment, such as forklifts and conveyor systems, and plan the layout to optimize space utilization.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, suppliers, transport companies, and other internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.

  • Bachelor's degree (or) supply chain and logistics management preferred.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, Excellent organizational and time management skills, Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities, Strong verbal and written communication skills.
