  1. Office Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day office operations.
    • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring all are in good working condition.
    • Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
    • Assist in Vehicel Management Process
    • Assist in budgeting and expense management.
  2. Administrative & HR Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments.
    • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
    • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
    • Assist with day-to-day Admin  & HR operations and clerical tasks.

    • Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical).

    • Track employee attendance and leave records.

    • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

  3. Records Management:
    • Maintain an organized filing system for electronic and hard copy documents.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure data security.
    • File and archive HR documents securely and properly.
    • Provide general support to HR projects and other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

  • Any Graduate with Certificate or diploma Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant HR & administrative experience preferred.

  • Fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered.

  • Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
