Responsible for Data Center Engineering Operations within a KBZ owned including risk management and mitigation, corrective and preventative maintenance. Responsible for Assisting in the design, implementation, commissioning and build out of new facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Can work any shift duty (24/7 operation) (including weekends and holidays)
• Responsible for day to day operating equipment condition of Data Center Facilities Equipment
• Review daily report verification for corrective and preventive works in the Data Center
• Manage for network rack installation and Power solution
• Manage well for critical engineering system maintenance and operation without failure in Data Center
• Familiar with Transformer, ATS, AVR, Earthing System and Building Maintenance (M&E) System.
• Can handle UPS / Rectifier, CRAC/CRV (cooling units), Power Distributing Units and Data Center Infrastructure Monitoring (DCIM) System.
• Have a knowledge of Fiber cord LAN networking
• Can use Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Computer Networking
• Bachelor’s Degree in electrical, mechanical or related field.

• At least 2 years working experience in the Data Center facilities system.
• Knowledge of HVAC/CRAC/CRV, UPS (rectifier/ inverter) power fundamentals.
• Knowledge of fire suppression system.
• Strong troubleshooting / decision making skills required.
• Ability to analyze and identify issues negatively impacting facility operations.
• Knowledge of data center critical infrastructure components preferred.
• 2 years plus experience working in a Data Center environment; racking & stacking equipment and cable management.
• Willing to work any shift as needed (24/7 operation) (including weekends and holidays)
• Basic knowledge of data center best practices and cabling methodology.
• Preferable M&E certificates holders
• Comfortable working with hand tools
• Good command in English.
