  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, while mitigating HR-related risks.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction, such as conducting employee-related activities, programs and events and collaborating with colleagues in the human resources department.

  • Partner with HR team members and business leaders to develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.

  • Coordinate with the Learning and Development team to conduct training for both employees and managers, ensuring they have the resources to drive positive employee relations.

  • Continuously build relationships with respective labor officers (from the WCC office), the representatives of employers and the representatives of employees to prevent and cover unexpected labor disputes.

  • Need understanding and cooperation with internal departments to execute procedures to perform effectively and efficiently.

  • Liaising with labor offices such as preparing documents for Monthly shift report, public holiday report, staff movement report and other related report

  •

  • Any Bachelor Degree holder and Diploma in Human Resource Management

  • 2 years of experiences working under Human Resources field

  • Knowledge of Labor law and employment euqity regulations

  • Good knowledge of labor law

  • Computer literate

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and across multiple departments
