We are hiring a Content & Community Specialist to manage and grow our online job seeker community. You’ll work with the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager to create engaging content, and manage social media interactions to increase platform engagement and job seeker satisfaction.

Job Description

• Stakeholder Liaison - Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager to track and coordinate upcoming projects, communication initiatives, and community engagement activities
• Content Posting - Publish content onto various online channels in alignment with products and campaigns
• Comms Platform Monitoring - Monitor, respond and report on comments and messages across communication platforms. Assist in analysing and managing on communication platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Viber, Telegram, TikTok) to build a loyal community
• Reporting & Analytics - Archive and keep records of projects and communication deliverables. Develop reports and update in a timely manner
• Marketing Team Support - Support the Marketing Team during events

●    Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related discipline
●    Excellent writing, editing, and social media management skills
●    Experience in career services, online community management, or recruitment marketing is a plus
●    Proficiency in English (for professional communication/copywriting) and native-level fluency in the primary language used for the local market
●    1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation is preferred
●    Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
