  • Review, check, and process expenditure-related documents, invoices, and payment requests.
  • Verify supporting documents before processing payments.
  • Support in preparing expenditure reports for management review
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Maintain records of payments and reconciliations with vendors.
  • Prepare and post journal entries related to expenditure transactions, accruals, and adjustments.
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (LCCI- Level-3, ACCA part 1) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
  • Experience in preparing journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Good attitude with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
