Process Optimization & Efficiency: Analyze current production methods and implement strategies (like lean Manufacturing or six Sigman to improve workflow, reduce waste and maximize productivity
Production Planning & Management: Create and maintain production schedules, prioritize job orders and ensure efficient utilization of machinery, materials and labor to meet targets
Quality control & Compliance: Develop and implement quality control protocols, ensure products meet specifications, and enforce compliance with relevant industry standards (eg., ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP.
Equipment & Maintenance: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and trouble shooting of production equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and prevent electrical/mechanical faults
Safety & Environment: Establish and enforce safety procedures and protocols, conduct daily safety checks and report unsafe practices to ensure a secure working environment
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare product and process reports, track daily production figures, manage documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and present progress to management
Team Leadership & support: Supervise, train and provide technical support and guidance to production operators to foster development and ensure smooth operations
Cost Management: Identify opportunities for cost reduction in labor, materials and materials and expenses while maintaining high quality standards

Job Requirements

Bachelor/ Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronic)
Have experience and deep knowledge in CAP manufacturing
Prefer who have working experience in PET preform production/ beverages industry
Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex problems
Must have strong communication in English with written and verbal
Must be able to work under pressure to meet production timeline and in breakdown conditions
Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
Must be able to work in assigned shift and responsible for shift
Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
Must have maintenance knowledge about factory tools and equipment
