Job Description

1. Social Media Channel Lead Generation

• Monitor and search for potential business opportunities across various social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Website and relevant Facebook Groups.

• Email notify Account Manager (ACMs) regarding potential leads and opportunities.

2. Lead Allocation & Communication

• Systematically allocate incoming leads and tasks to the respective Account Managers (ACMs) based on company guidelines.

• Work closely with the Account Manager (ACMs) to help support customer needs and requirements when inquiring about JobNet services

• Participate in various marketing promotions and campaigns to boost brand awareness and sales.

• Contribute to the development and execution of the company's marketing plans to support and drive business growth

• Keep record of up to date activity.

• Work with the team to achieve team KPIs.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales administration, customer service, or similar operational role.

• Knowledge and experience in the recruitment is an advantage 

• Strong familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Website and professional groups/communities for sourcing business opportunities. 

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Myanmar Language 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Experience with CRM tools is a plus. 

• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively

• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams

• Hard-working, honest, and a helpful team player with a positive attitude
